Hi, I’m Hakan!
My fitness journey didn’t start with confidence or discipline. I trained without structure, showing up only when motivation allowed, while work and uni always came first. Without realising it, my mental health was taking a back seat.
Everything changed when I focused on consistency. Simple daily movement turned into structured training, confidence in the gym, and a real passion for strength training. What started physically quickly became mental — building resilience, clarity, and self-belief.
I’m a big believer that finding the right programme for you makes all the difference. Training should support your mental health, build confidence, and help you feel capable, not overwhelmed. When you shift the focus from how you look to what your body can do, progress lasts.
My Approach?
Coaching for me is about bringing the best out of you. Helping you feel stronger, more confident, and safe in your training — especially when lifting. Through structured programming, supportive coaching, and a judgement-free space, I help you build strength with purpose.
My main mission is to give you the independence to progress confidently on your fitness journey. To understand your training, trust your body, and show up for yourself — in and out of the gym.
Training isn’t just about looking good.
