Is this really a subscription, not a session pack?
Yes. You're not buying a block of sessions — you're joining a coaching membership. That includes your weekly training, nutrition support, ongoing coach access, and the community. It works because consistency is what actually changes your body.
Where do sessions take place?
At énergie Fitness Homerton (Unit 2, 68–82 Digby Road, London E9 6HX) — a fully-equipped gym with everything we need for serious training. See the map just above for directions.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens. Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice and we'll move it. Anything less and the session is forfeited — it keeps us both accountable.
What if I miss a week — do I lose the session?
Sessions don't bank long-term, but I'll always do my best to fit you back in within the month. The membership is designed for people who show up consistently.
I haven't exercised in years. Is that okay?
More than okay — it's common. Most members aren't gym regulars when they start. We meet you where you are and build from there.
How do I cancel?
30 days notice, by email. No phone-call gauntlet, no awkwardness. Memberships are designed to keep you in because they work — not because they're hard to leave.
