How the 12 weeks run

Four phases. One outcome.

Twelve weeks is long enough to genuinely change a body — and short enough to commit to. Here's exactly how the programme unfolds.

Weeks 1–2

Assess & dial in

We start with a full movement assessment and baseline strength tests. Light loads, perfect technique, and we lock in the habits that make the next 10 weeks work — sleep, steps, protein, hydration.

Weeks 3–6

Build the base

Strength training 2×/week. Progressive overload on the big lifts — squat, deadlift, press, row, hinge. Nutrition tuned weekly. You'll start noticing changes by week 4: better energy, less stiffness, clothes fitting differently.

Weeks 7–10

Push & progress

This is where the visible change happens. Loads go up, conditioning sharpens, and we start fine-tuning composition. Most clients hit personal bests they didn't think were possible in week 1.

Weeks 11–12

Consolidate & set the next 12

We test against your week-1 baseline — strength, body comp, photos, how you feel. Then we plan the next 12 weeks so the work compounds instead of stopping cold.

How much does the 12-week transformation cost?+

The programme runs on the Accelerate membership at £470/month — three months totals £1,410. That covers two weekly 1-to-1 sessions, your full programme, nutrition coaching and unlimited coach access between sessions.

What results should I expect in 12 weeks?+

Most clients lose 5–10kg of body fat, add 10–25kg to their main lifts, and visibly change shape. Results depend on starting point, sleep, stress and consistency — but the system is the same.

Where do the sessions take place?+

All sessions run from énergie Fitness Homerton (Unit 2, 68–82 Digby Road, E9 6HX) — minutes from Homerton Overground and easy reach from across Hackney.

What if I can't commit to a full 12 weeks?+

Memberships are month-to-month — you can pause or cancel anytime. But the 12-week container is where real change happens; anything shorter and you're stopping just as the work compounds.
