After six years working with everyone from desk-bound developers to parents juggling two kids and a business, I've learned one thing: the best programme is the one you'll actually do.
I specialise in three things — helping busy professionals find consistency, building real strength that lasts, and giving people a body they actually feel proud of.
I'm Hackney-based and train clients out of énergie Fitness Homerton (E9). My members live in Homerton, Lower Clapton, London Fields, Dalston and across Hackney — I understand the rhythm of this area: the commutes, the demands, the limited time. Every programme I write is designed around your life, not mine.

Show up for the person, not the plan.
Your programme is a starting point. If you've slept four hours and have a deadline tomorrow, we're not deadlifting heavy. Real coaching reads the room.

Earn the next progression.
We don't add load until movement is right. Patience now means strength that lasts decades, not weeks.

The best result is one you can hold for ten years. We build habits and systems, not crash projects you'll abandon by March.
